We regularly arrange for customers to pick up or return equipment outside these hours. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

If you would like to visit our shop to meet with us or pick up equipment, please call in advance to make sure the person you need to see will not be out on a job or an appointment.
We understand that your schedule may not allow you to call during the times we are in the office. Unlike other sound companies and rental houses, we are reachable 24 hours a day. If you call and we’re not there, please let the phone ring to allow our answering service to take your message. They will contact us immediately and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
